Sugar may be sweet, but its effects on the body are anything but. Mounting research reveals its hidden toll on gut health, immunity, mental well-being—and even cancer risk. Yet our cravings persist, often rooted not in indulgence, but in biology and misinformation.

In this compelling guide, Flora Zhao uncovers the deeper truth behind sugar’s grip on the modern diet. With clarity and compassion, she reveals how sugar subtly rewires the brain, compromises the gut, and silently fuels chronic disease—while offering a science-backed path to freedom.

Inside this e-book you’ll discover:
● How sugar manipulates your brain and behavior
● The truth about “natural” sugars and sweeteners
● Sugar’s link to anxiety, gut imbalance, and cancer
● Why quitting sugar transforms your health—and how to do it sustainably

Mastering Sugar is not a quick fix, but a thoughtful invitation to regain control—through insight, gentle discipline, and nourishing alternatives.

Sugar review

Although I haven't read the whole thing yet (It's long) I skipped around in it- especially the part about maple syrup because I used to make my own, and it seems to be well written and informative but not too academic to not enjoy. I look forward to reading the whole thing and would recommend it.
