Quality.

This coffee snob says that this coffee is high quality, freshly roasted. Truly old world crafted coffee. I suggest pour over. It blossoms beautifully.and the aroma, and more important the taste is wonderful. Both the Ethiopia and Gold Blend are distinctive in taste.

One of the best in the world

I wrote books on coffee a few years ago, (on sale at Amazon), and I can tell you that Ethiopian Yergacheffe, or Yirgacheffe as they're spelling it here, was one of my absolute favourites. Very distinctive.
