Brewing Guide

  • This coffee can be enjoyed with any brewing method – best for espresso.
  • Use a 1 : 15 ratio (coffee : water) – add more coffee for a stronger brew.
  • Approx. 2.5 Tbsp per 8 oz cup (adjust for smaller 6 oz brews).
  • Espresso: 18 g coffee over 35 s, using 40–49 g water.

Very mild coffee. Since it does not have the caffeine amount as in regular, I do not get the jitters. Try it - you'll like it.

Review of the Enzyme Fermented Coffee

The coffee tastes fine, but not as good as a high end without the enzyme treatment. Its not bad, just not as flavorful as the better brews. Good news is that it is easier on my digestive system.
